Lavender began as something personal. Sharing what she learned became part of Lila’s work, and over the years she has mentored dozens and dozens of growers and lavender farms.
As founder of the Central Coast Lavender Growers Association and a founding member of the United States Lavender Growers Association, Lila helped bring people together around lavender and its possibilities.
The Academy carries that spirit into an accessible collection of guides and conversations. It is a place to begin, compare observations, and ask better questions—from a first planting to an idea for a lavender product.
